Picture Day
PICTURE RETAKE INFORMATION
Families interested in having a retake picture made will need to:
- use this form below to indicate the reason for the retake; and (Deadline: This form must be completed by Monday, September 25, 2023.)
- pay a $5 fee at the time of the retake. This is a BMS fee. Please make checks payable to BMS.
- Students who were absent on the original picture day or are newly enrolled do not need to complete this form or pay the $5 retake fee.
- All students must be in dress code for re-takes. Students may not wear sweatshirts (crew neck or hooded) or zip-up jackets
